  • 50ml Prickly Pear Nectar (With Stevia)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 2 table spoon raw castor sugarwed


  • Boil water and lemon juice in a saucepan
  • Add 2 table spoon of castor sugar
  • Lower the heat and stir sugar till it dissolves
  • Set aside to cool.
