The special ingredient in the Kulfi recipe is Prickly Pear. It is a Cactus fruit grown in semi arid areas of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat. Being rich in Iron, Calcium and Anti-oxidants this fruit provides great health benefits.

Tangy Kulfi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Prickly Pear Fruit Nectar (With Stevia)
  • 3 Cup Water
  • Kulfi Tray
  • Chat Masala
  • Strawberry/Raspberry Little Chunks(Optional)

Method

  • Mix Prickly Pear Juice
  • Water and Chat masala.
  • Add Strawberry/Rasperry chunks in the mixture
  • Stir well
  • Add the mixture to Kulfi Tray and let it settle for 5-6 hours
